  • Build it to be run. Queues, versioned APIs and an admin come first, because someone has to operate the platform.
  • Hand over inside the team. The builder passes the platform to an engineer who runs it; both we handed over still run.
  • Say what the stack costs. An old framework is a choice with a price. We tell you the price and you decide.
